Part 1 — Website Terms
1. Accounts & Security
- You must be at least 13 years old to use ConfigLab.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- ConfigLab accounts are linked to OAuth providers (Steam, Faceit, Discord). We do not store passwords.
2. PRO Subscription & Billing
- ConfigLab PRO is a monthly subscription billed at €3.99/month (or local equivalent).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your payment card information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your settings.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at matthias@hermanny.fr.
- PRO features are enabled immediately upon successful payment.
3. Custom Profile URLs
- Custom URLs are a PRO-only feature. Your URL is active as long as your PRO subscription is valid.
- You may not use offensive, hateful, or misleading usernames.
- We reserve the right to reclaim custom URLs that violate our content policy.
- If your PRO subscription lapses, your custom URL will be deactivated and may be claimed by others.
4. Service Availability
- ConfigLab is provided 'as is' without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
- We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.
- Crosshair data and user content may be deleted if an account is permanently suspended.
Part 2 — Discord Community Rules
1. Behavior
- Zero tolerance for toxicity, harassment, sexism, racism, homophobia, or hate speech. Permanent ban, no warnings.
- NSFW content (explicit images, sexual content) is strictly forbidden across all channels.
- Respect all members and staff regardless of rank, language, or background.
2. Channel Usage
- No spam, flood, excessive @mentions, or CAPSLOCK abuse.
- No advertising for other Discord servers, websites, CS2 boosting services, gambling sites, or skin trading.
- Use the correct channel for each topic. Off-topic posts may be deleted without notice.
3. Support & Tickets
- Do not tag Staff unnecessarily. Use the ticket system for support requests.
- Tickets go through a pre-closure confirmation process. You may confirm closure or ask additional questions.
- Abusing the ticket system (spam, bad faith reports) may result in access restrictions.
4. ConfigLab PRO on Discord
- The PRO role is automatically assigned when your Discord and ConfigLab accounts are linked.
- Holding a PRO subscription does not place you above community rules.
- Role assignment is automatic — contact support if your role is missing after linking.
Part 3 — Enforcement
Moderation Steps
- 1️⃣ Warning — Formal reminder of the rules. Logged internally.
- 2️⃣ Mute / Timeout — Duration from 1 hour to 1 week depending on severity.
- 3️⃣ Discord Ban — Permanent exclusion from the ConfigLab Discord server.
- 4️⃣ Account Suspension — ConfigLab account banned, IP blocked, and active Stripe subscription cancelled.
- Severe violations (hate speech, illegal content) may skip directly to step 3 or 4.
